Like the Authorization code, domain locking is a safeguard system to prevent unauthorized domain name transfers. By default each domain is on status Locked and can be unlocked by your domain registrar.
If WebHostFace is your domain registrar, you could easily unlock your domain from your Client Area -> My Account section -> Manage button, on the right of the chosen domain.
