You can enable CloudFlare CDN for any of your sites quickly and easily from your cPanel with WebHostFace.
*Note: If you want to enable and manage your CloudFlare settings through your cPanel with us, use the CDN service fully, and to always have your website loaded from the closest location to your visitors, you have to reconfigure your website so that it redirects to WWW URLs. You can always create a CloudFlare account separately, point your domain nameservers to theirs and manage your settings from their website if you don’t want to reconfigure your website so that it redirects to WWW URLs.
Just follow these short steps and you will have a CDN-optimized website in no time:
- Log into your cPanel with us, go to the Software/Services tab and click on the CloudFlare icon.
- Enter your email in the Sign Up / Log In field. Accept CloudFlare’s Term’s of Service. And press Sign Up Now.
- If you already have a CloudFlare account with this email, it will just ask you for the password and help you enable CloudFlare for your websites hosted with WebHostFace to that account.
- If you don’t have an account, this will create you one with this email address and send you a password generating email. You can then proceed to enable CDN optimization for your sites.
- Clicking on the gray cloud will automatically add the corresponding website to your CloudFlare account and optimize it with the standard settings.
- After the website is configured with CloudFlare, the cloud will change to orange and a Statistics and Settings link will appear.
- In the Statistics and Settings tab you can change your security setting, purge the cache (the copy kept on the CDN) of your website, and determine your caching level among other things.
- For more detailed settings you can always log into the automatically created account with CloudFlare and explore the features there.
- Don’t forget to reconfigure your website to redirect to WWW URLs to take full advantage of the CDN service.
