Where Can I Find My FTP Logs?

Those logs are usually available from your cPanel account. You can download them directly using cPanel’s File Manager or from the Raw Access tool.

First, you should login to your cPanel account. If you’re not certain how you can read our article from here.

Using Raw Access

1. Open the Raw Access tool, it’s available in the Metrics section.

cpanel ftp raw access

cPanel Hosting from WebhostFace

2. Apart from downloading the logs, you’re also able to configure how cPanel logs them. We recommend the following settings:

cpanel ftp raw access config download

3. On the bottom, you’re also able to download your logs. You need to look for logs that have

DOMAIN.COM-ftp_log-MONTH-YEAR.gz

4. When you open that file you will see logs in the following format
