Log into your cPanel -> PhpMyAdmin -> locate your CS-Cart database and look for the User table on the left sidebar. Select it and you will have your Admin user listed. To modify it click Edit.
In the password field remove the current password and type your new password. Note that you must save it in MD5 format.
