Horde allows you to easily import/export contact lists which you use in other programs, such as Excel. In order to do that login to your Horde webmail client. There click on the Address Book icon at the top and choose Address Book from the dropdown menu:
then proceed to the Import/Export tab:
To Import a list you should click on the Browse button and locate the file on your local computer ( you can select the type of file that you are importing ) . After you have found the file, click next . There Horde will ask you to confirm the settings that you already have in the contact list ( number of columns, format etc. ) . Click next and that is it, you have your contact list imported and you will be able to see your new contacts in the Address Book.
To Export your contacts to your computer look at the Export Address Book section and select the Address Book that you want to export from the drop-down menu. Then click Export and that is all, the file will be downloaded to your computer.
