Deciding what your website will look like is one of the most important things you should do when starting your project. Its design should be corresponding to your website’s purposes and should be easy for your visitors to browse through.
Changing your Drupal Theme is done in just a couple of simple steps:
1. Download the desired theme to your local computer.
2. Upload your theme to the themes folder of your Drupal installation. That can be done through FTP or your cPanel File manager. In case your Drupal installation is not in a subfolder, you can find the themes folder in your public_html.
3. After you have uploaded and extracted the theme you should navigate to your Dashboard. There proceed to the Appearance tab and you should be able to see your new theme in the Disabled themes section. There you should click on Enable and set as default.
That’s it ! You now have your new Drupal theme installed!
