When Do I Get Billed?

Each service that you have with us could have a different billing cycle, this means that the service’s renewals come at a different period, for example once every month or each year at a specific date. You will automatically get notified on several occasions prior to a service’s expiration via email. All notifications are sent to the administrative e-mail listed in your customer area.

To view the exact Due Date for a service you should login to your Client Area and then navigate to:

Hosting Account:

  1. Click on “My Account“, this will list all of your current hosting services
  2. Look for the “Next Due Date” column, this indicates when the expiry date for the current hosting account is

Extra Services:

A Hosting Account could also have Extra Services associated with it. They could include a Dedicated IP, Premium Support or a custom service, which can be viewed by:

  1. Clicking on “Manage” while being on the “My Account” page.
  2. Below the “My Account” button will appear another one leading to the Extra Services page – “Extras“, click on it
  3. The expiration dates will be shown there under the “Next Due Date” column

Domains:

  1. Click on “Domains”, this will show all domains that are currently registered with us
  2. The “Next Due Date” column here also indicates the date that your domain will expire.

For each service that you have automatic renewals on you will be billed 3 days prior to it’s due date in order to prevent service interruption.
