Passive Mode is recommended for FTP connections when using FileZilla. If you have issues with establishing a connection you can try turning it on and try connecting again. We are sure this will fix any connection issues.

Enable Passive Mode in FileZilla
1. Navigate to Edit -> Settings -> FTP
2. Switch to Passive mode and click on OK
